Special Limited Facsimile Edition; Post 12mo; pp. [x], xiv, 277, [vii], 24, (1); marbled endpapers, bound in full-grain brown lambskin, title lettered in gilt on spine, stamped decoration to upper boards, all edges gilt, original silk page marker, fine copy. The facsimile was prepared from the 1905 first edition.
