Philadelphia, PA: George W. Childs, 1864. Book. Fair. Cloth. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Green cloth binding. There is light scattered soil spotting in the text. The hinges are cracked and the front hinge shows evidence that it was taped at some time in the past. There is a bookstore stamp and a name written on the front end papers. The title page and first page of the Preface are loose and the inside edges of both pages have been trimmed. All text is still legible on those pages. The cover has light corner tip wear. The spine has light fading and light end wear. 914 pages. The Bibliography, or as it is titled in the book, Literature of the Doctrine of a Future Life: or, A Catalogue of Works Relating to the Nature, Origin, and Destiny of the Soul is authored by Ezra Abbot. .
