Little Brown, 1958. First Thus. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Signed by explorer Collin Bull, who was NOT on the expedition described in the book (he was invited but declined due to his recent marriage), & is inscribed 'For all who did not participate.' Bull Pass in Victoria Falls, Antarctica is named after Bull, who made it there in 1958 for the first of 12 Antarctic trips. A Very Good copy in a Very Good dustjacket. Book has shelfwear, sunning to covers and spine, toning to pages, and a slightly cocked spine; DJ has shelfwear, toning, scattered nicks, creases, and a small section missing from the bottom of the front cover near the flap. Interior is tight, clean, & unmarked. 8vo. - over 7¾' in - 9¾' in.
