First American edition, same year as London George Bell first printing. 8vo, decorated dark brick cloth gilt, good plus copy, some moderate soil to binding, slight spine lean, hinges very good although the dark chocolate endpapers show a slight white line at the front inner hinge. Contents very good, one signature a bit proud. Rare in the American edition.
