Spine is peeling along joints, heavily frayed and gutters are loose. Bound in publisher's pictorial boards. Soiling and aging to boards, which are rubbed at the spine, particularly at spine top. Rubbing and bumping to edges, primarily corners of boards. Text block age-toned but generally clean. Includes 19 illustrations by Edward W. Kemble in black and white. Shelved in case 14.
