New York: M. Evans & Co., 1976. INSCRIBED / SIGNED by the AUTHOR. Appears unread. Fine condition in a Near Fine dust jacket (price clipped). SEE PHOTOS. NO chips. NO tears. NO creases. Protected by a removable Brodart clear-plastic sleeve (removed for photos). Sharp corners. NOT a remainder. Bright, clean, square, and tight. Pages are creamy white and crisp -- probably never read. The story of a missing million dollar Aztec statue lost in New York. The jacket art by Joel Schick is very colorful and attractive. The dust jacket is about 1/8" shorter than the book, apparently as with all copies. Bound in the original cream color cloth with bright green and gold lettering/designs on spine. This book is cited by Pronzini and Muller in their bibliography, 1001 MIDNIGHTS, pp. 830-31.. INSCRIBED / SIGNED by the AUTHOR. Hardcover. Fine condition/Near Fine jacket (price clip).
