On April 1, 1868, Daniel Conklin of Hamptonburgh, Orange County, N.Y., mortages to Eleanor Gwinn and Francis J. Gwinn of Cornwall, N.Y., for $200 a house, shop, and lot in Cornwall. Daniel Conklin signed with his mark. In Very Good+ Condition: light folds; ink blot at edge of first page; otherwise, clean and crisp.
