New York: George H. Doran Early printing, with "George H. Doran Company" on the title page, but without the GHD symbol on the copyright page. No date, but probably between 1908, when the publisher moved to New York, and 1927, when they merged with Doubleday, Page. Fairly heavy wear to the board edges. The spine lettering is faded but legible. There is a bit of erasure on the front endpapers. In a sound binding with hinges intact.. Hard Cover. Good+/No Jacket. Illus. by H. J. Ford. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
