A couple of small faint water spots to cover. No bumping or wear. Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound - no cracking. Pages and edges are clean with previous owner name neatly ink-stamped on front free endpaper. Illustrated by John Wolcott Adams. 414 pages. Illustrated dust jacket has edge chipping and short closed edge tears, a few tiny nicks/scratches. Photo of author on rear panel with list of some of his books.
