This is not the standard hardcover issue, but the fine grain synthetic leather-bound, lightly padded Deluxe Edition (see scans); also included is the 27" x 39.5" oversized poster (see scan; please NOTE that the poster was shipped here by NGSD in twelve-fold, hence will be shipped by us folded as well). Quarto, navy blue fine grain synthetic leather lightly padded boards, silver imprinting on front cover and spine, silver-black satin page-marker ribbon, All Edges Silver; 157 pp. + 1. New; pristine and immaculate; removed from original packaging only for scanning and description.
