London: William Heinemann, 1953. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Black cloth with gilt lettering to the spine, light rubbing and bumping to some edges, contents clean and binding is tight. Price clipped dust jacket with a few little nicks in the edges and light spine fade, clear tape to verso of some of the jacket edges. Nice copy overall.
Synopsis
Georgette Heyer who wrote over fifty novels died in 1974.
