Brown cloth w gilt-stamp emblem to cover, gilt lettering to spine. Light bumping to top corners. Binding square and sound. Illustrated DJ is clean, showing wear to corners and tail, shallow loss to head, preserved now in BroDart cover. Quarto. Based on the found diary of Noah Blake, b.1790(?), Eric Sloane details in word and drawings the conditions, tools and methods of farming as recorded in the diary.
