London: Gay and Bird, 1902. Pictorial cloth. Very Good. Claude A. Shepperson. WARMLY INSCRIBED (IN YEAR-OF-PUBLICATION) BY KATE DOUGLAS WIGGIN on the front free endpaper. A very presentable copy to boot of the 1902 1st edition. Solid and VG in its beige, pictorial cloth, with rubbing along the spine and just a bit of light soiling to the panels. Decorative bookplate at the front pastedown, the author's initials (?) ("K.D.W (?) / 1902") along the upper margin of the title page. 12mo, nicely illustrated throughout in line-drawn black-and-white by Claude A. Shepperson.
