New York: Dover Publications, 1957. Hardcover. Complete 2-volume set. Small 4to. Blue cloth, pictorial dust jackets. xviii, 1768pp. Very good/very good. Jackets lightly edgeworn; ownership signature on front flyleaf of each volume. Tight, handsome full set -- the first of this edition, being a reprint of the 1907 second revised edition. First published in 1892, Julian is still among the most cited of all hymnology works. First volume covers A to O, the second volume P to Z. NOT your usual worn ex-library set, as are most on the market.
