Dust Jacket: Good condition with sunning to spine and light wear on edges. 150 pp. Text sunned consistent with age, clean and unmarked with no foxing. Prior owner attribution on front free endpaper with date 1944. Outside edge of text has small spots. Strachey writes of his experiences serving as an air-raid warden during the bombing of London in August of 1940.
