Based on the Scottish serial killers Burke and Hare, who committed a string of murders in the 1820s and sold the corpses for medical research. 12mo clothbound hardcover Jacket has shallow chipping at the spine ends, one small closed tear. Sound, tight binding. Not price-clipped. A nice copy overall.
