London: John Murray, 1949. Bound in the publishers green cloth hard cover with brown title lettering to spine and front cover. The 52 pages are in very prentable condition with no inscriptions and are tightly bound. Fading to cloth at the spine and edges of boards otherwise in good condition. There are 15 charming illustrations throughout the book some of which are full page colour including a colour frontispiece. Interior of book is very tidy. Housed in the distinctive dustwrapper which has chipping, wear and creasing mainly to the edges but is still intact with publishers printed price still present on front inside flap. Protected in a removable archival booksleeve to preserve its condition. The photograph provided is a picture of the book and the dustwrapper and we are happy to send more images on request..
