New York: Mitchell Kennerley, 1911. Limited Edition. Hardcover. Fine. 153p Folio illustrated with 10 tipped in photogravures creating offset on the opposite page, as usual with this title. Two plates with closed tears. 600 copies were printed on French hand made paper with rough edges. Handsomely rebound to style in brown boards, brown leather spine with leather label on front panel. A fine copy with new endpapers enclosed in a matching clamshell box with a leather label.
