This book is in very good condition. The cover has no wear the edges are clean as well as the corners. The previous owners signature and title are written on the inside of the front cover board. His seal is affixed to the title page. There is a slight tear on the front end page and some wrinkling on the page also. The pages are crisp, white and clean. The binding is tight and solid.
This Draft Proposal was presented to the General Convention of 1976 by the Standing Liturgical Commission in compliance with the directions of the General Convention of 1973. The previous owner was the Deputy to the General Convention of 1976. This book is rare and was only published for the convention.
