London: Joanathan Cape, 1978. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Hardcover. Near Fine/Fine. First thus, the UK edition published a year after the US edition and much the rarer of the two. Tan cloth with white titles at the backstrip. Both covers a bit bowed and there is a small strip of sunning along the top edge of the front cover. Nevertheless a Fine, clean copy in a superb unclipped dustjacket (£3.95 net) with striking illustration to the front panel. The high-resolution images which accompany this listing are photographs of the actual book for sale.
