Dustwrapper somewhat rubbed and edgeworn, with a little loss to spine panel; small trace of damp-stain to bottom edge of pastedowns; some foxing and tape marks to endpapers; earlier owner's name signed on front free endpaper; pencilled annotations. Good reading copy. Afrikaans text. 'In 1948 het die skrywer 'n reis gedoen na Suidwes en aan die einde daarvan belowe: "Ons sal terugkom, Suidwes
