Signatures: *8 2*4 A-P8 Q8+1 R-2N8 2O6 (8vo). 18th-century? calf with six spine compartments between raised bands; blind-tooled decoration in each compartment and elaborate blind-tooled border on each border and blind-rolled edges. All page edges gilt. Green ribbon bookmark (detached). Marbled fixed endpapers. Title page printed in red and black. Woodcut head and tail pieces. Part II has separate title page. Text is primarily in Greek. Small square bookplate on front fixed endpaper reading: "Ex Biblioth. Domus. Congr. SS. Redempt. ad St. Alphons. Baltimor." Faint oval stamp on title page. Small stamp on title page verso reading: "Bibliotheca Mt. St. Alphonsus Esopus, N.Y." In Very Good- Condition: leather is rubbed; front joint starting; two small sections cut out of lower title page, not impacting printing; light foxing on a few pages; otherwise, clean and tight.
