New York: Harper & Brothers, 1949. Hardcover. Stated First Edition, First Printing. 6.25 x 9.5in. xvi. 339pp. 51 plates. Publisher's cloth boards. VERY GOOD in Very Good dust jacket protected in a removable archival cover. The book itself shows marginal darkening of the top text-block edge, former owner name neatly at the endpaper; in all other respects remains Fine/As New. The dust jacket shows the extremities somewhat shelf rubbed, some light discoloration of the spine, price-clipped, otherwise remains bright, colorful, and distinct. As pictured.
