Dale Neef earned his doctorate in Modern European Economic History from Cambridge University, was a Research Fellow at Harvard, and was written and/or edited several books on the subject of knowledge management. G. Anthony Siesfeld is a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young's Centre for Business Innovation. Jacquelyn Cefola is a Manager at Ernst & Young's Centre for Business Innovation.
