About This Item

UK: B C A, 1975. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. Book Club Edition. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. This impressive book seeks to set Edward's reign firmly in the context of late-medieval power politics, to analyse the tactics and methods by which a usurper sought to retain his throne, and to re-assert the power of monarchy seriously weakened under the feeble rule of Henry VI. The text block and end -papers are faded and mottled, the DW as chips and tears to the head of the spine and also worn corners. It also has a tear on the lower corner near the spine. PLEASE NOTE: International economy shipping is by sea and may take up to 90 days..
