"The original photographs were taken by Allen Ayrault Gree, Galesburg, Illinois, and the engraving reproductions were printed by him under his new Electrogravure process." Also includes a electrogravure of the Burlington Route Denver Flyer (No.1), "taken while running at a speed of 75 miles an hour. The Flyer is pulled by No. 1591 the heaviest passenger locomotive in the world," "Copyright 8-26-99 by Allen Ayrault Green, Official Photographer, Burlington Route." Flexible black pebbled cloth over boards with the title, date, and photographers name on front cover, eighty homes, one to a page, one side only, each with address and name of occupants; also photo of the interior of the Lescher Drug Company (the Lescher home is one of those in the book), the Walton Cycle Co, the G.B. Churchill Co. (appears to be a hardware store, but also has a row of bicycles), and then two pages of ads for local businesses, including F.E. Augerson Photographic Supplies and Cameras. Corners and spine ends bumped with wear, covers worn, front free end paper detached but present, previous owner's bookplate on front end paper, which is missing piece of paper at bottom corner, title page toned, most interior pages have finger smudges mostly at lower corner, light toning.
