Marco van der Land is a sociologist and consultant with A2 stAdsAdviseur in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Richard Staring is an anthropologist with the Rotterdam Institute for Social Policy Research at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Bart van Steenbergen is associate professor in the Department of General Social Sciences at the University of Utrecht. Nico Wilterdink is professor of sociology at the University of Amsterdam and Vice Dean of the Amsterdam School for Social Science Research.
