Undated hardcover as pictured. This is a worn but still beautiful book. No publication date is given but a previous owner annotated it with a 1932 date. Binding is firm. Brown cloth boards with gold embossed front and spine and a paste on illustration are soiled and worn with slight fraying of head and tail of spine and corners. Illustration is rubbed and scuffed. Previous owner's book plate on FEP and name/date on FFEP. Endpapers are tanned. Text is clean and unmarked. 8 tipped in color illustrations as well as B&W drawings as chapter headings.
