1878. Fine. 2 documents, folded. The 1st a printed form from the county register's office with the seal and signature of the Montgomery County Register of Wills, Solomon Snyder. The 2nd 2 leaves printed for accounts with the handwritten account of the various fees involved in the sale of the real estate and taxes and other costs. Relating to the administration of the estate of Elijah Stover (1827-1878), who died intestate. His brother David S. Stover (1836-1916) received letters of administration on 6 April 1878. The accounts show the expenses from 1879 and 1880, and the final amounts of $263.43 secured "as Dower for Widow" and $524.86 due the estate. Signed on 19 Jan. 1880 by the county Register of Wills Warren B. Baines and with his embossed stamp. Both documents are in Fine Condition: clean and solid.
