The author completely broke the barriers of conventional thinking and conventional cooking, with microwave thinking and microwave cooking to create a simple, exciting, and elegant way to prepare food. This book attempts to get the cook away from the stove and use the microwave only but only after learning about cooking adjustments that must be made for successful microwave cooking, which this book provides. A clean very presentable copy.
