William Morrow, NY, 1999, 338 pgs. Seventh printing in Near Fine/Very Good- condition. The book shows a bit of shelfwear/edgewear. The DJ has some shelf/edgewear, bit of toning, and a few spots of previous moisture evident. Otherwise book is tight, square, clean, and unclipped (please review photos). Emerald had Signed on ffep with his customary "BAM". Many many recipes and photos celebrating Louisiana . All books bubble wrapped and shipped promptly in a box.
