This collection includes tales such as: The Grasshopper and Ant, The Eagle and Beetle, The Bird Wounded by an Arrow, The Cat and Old Rat, The Horse Seeking Vengeance on The Stag, and many others. Translated into English. Illustrated by Auguste Delierre, a French artist and illustrator. Bound in full blue cloth binding. Externally, very smart with light shelf wear. Fading to the spine and the odd mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean with the odd spot. Age toning to the endpapers. Contemporary ink inscription to the front endpaper. Very Good
