Red pebbled calf half binding over brown mottled boards, gilt paneled decorations and titles stamped on the spine with four raised bands. Marbled endpapers. Sprinkled edges. Corners and edges rubbed, foxing to title and a few other pages. Louandre's notes include explanation of obscure and invented words, historical allusions, textual variants, and parallels to ancient authors. An attractive copy with great shelf appeal.

All books are packed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. Every book is professionally packaged in a heavy cardboard box and shipped via US Postal Service, fully insured.
