About This Item

Westport, CT: Greenwood Publishing Corporation, 1971. Hardcover. xix, 220p., first book appearance of these journal-published papers, hard bound in 8.5x5.5 inch maroon cloth boards titled gilt. Item is jacketless and may not have been issued with one. Nice condition, bottom margins of casing bear a few flakes of offset white, spine titling is a touch dim without affecting legibility at all. Find a neat small ownership on front free endpaper, otherwise unmarked, perfectly clean and sound. Univ. Wisconsin, contributions in American History number 16. tenBroek finds these laws historically unjust, still requiring remedy. He himself, having been blinded in a childhood accident, had a distinct point of view.
