Hardback, 1966, first edition, published by The Viking Press, New York, 184 pages.
Measures around 8 3/4" by 6". No dust jacket. Patterned paper on card boards, cloth spine with gilt lettering. Slight scuffing and marking but very clean, small signs of shelf-wear and dent to outer edge of front board. Binding firm. Inked inscription to FFEP but otherwise page surfaces clean, no underlining, marginalia, etc. See pictures for further information.
