With the original green envelope. Printed by Pynson Printers. First edition. Date of publication is on front wrapper flap. The illustrations are by George Wolfe Plank (1883-1965), best known for his Art Deco fashion illustrations, particularly those for Vogue magazine. In Fine Condition: clean and bright. Envelope is open.
