Hardcover. red boards, with some shelf wear, owners name on rear end paper, some wear to edges and corners, front part of jacket present, sold as without jacket, still a very good tight clean copy overall, a complete explanation of the science of eating, how to combine foods in the proper manner, giving valuable hints on the preparation of health giving foods. menus for loads of different days seem to consentrate on laxatives and give an awful lot of bran prune and fig based recipes!!!.
