First Printing. fair to good. 375, wraps, illus., source notes, index, front cover creased, top corner p. 371 through rear cover creased, small tear at spine. This book generated threatened litigation. This book was withdrawn by the publisher of the hardback edition after only a week of retail sales, and was later issued by this publisher as a paperback. Bush while he was Texas Governor.
