London, 1709. 2nd Edition . Leather Bound. Fair. 8vo - 8"x5.25. Book Vol II only 2nd Edition, 1709; Vol II only (stated The Second Part); pub'l & printed by J. Sowle; pp 580, 36 table, 8 adver; First Ed. was in 1694 and became the classic text for Quaker study, after the Bible. The 1709 two vol. edition is more complete; Full leather, frt. cover detached. Spine leather cover deteriorated and gone but binding is tight. Hardboards themselves are in good condition, but their leather coverings have deteriorated and much is gone. First page is title pg. and it has a darkened right edge (see pic). Remainder of pages are good, binding is tight and there are two end pages in back; To see picture, click to next;
