Schneider's standard speech as delivered to business conventions, Rotary Club meetings, etc (a list of past audiences is provided at the beginning), arguing that after 1937 the Supreme Court gave unions too much power and a return to the primacy of business interests is necessary for American survival. Includes promotional epilogue and contact information for inviting Schneider, a St. Louis-based lawyer, to speak at future events.
