This is the very scarce American issue, with Stanley Paul & Co. on the title page but bound in the blue cloth-covered boards, with David McKay on the spine. The book is clean, bright, and tight, with some color rubbing on rear cover and at corners; some foxing on endpapers and in margins of the title page.. SIGNED. First U. S. Edition. Hardcover.
