New York: Frederick A. Stokes Company Publishers, 1907. First Edition Thus/Early Printing. Hardcover. Fair/N/A. Stated 'This Edition Published in September'. The Illustrated Edition with 32 illustrateions from photographs. In wonderful blue pictorial cloth with gilt and light blue to type and illustration. Spine ends and three corners lightly frayed and small hole towards top of spine. Gilt of spine well faded and bump with short tear to heel of same. Price in ink to ffep. Front hinge split with mull torn half way down, but still holding. Rear hinge also split with a third of mull holding. Some prptective pages covering illustrations missing or loose. Deckle edge.
