Boards show wear and scuffing, fore-edges and corners worn. Interior has three covered marks to rear of book, small loss to spine edge of front free endpaper with scuff, a very few minor marks and tears, in very good condition. Second and best edition, revised. Profusely illustrated with black and white photographs. Jekyll and Hussey created this pictorial treatise dealing with garden design in relation to architecture.
