Acceptable. 475pp. full tan calf. cover worn/rubbed with fraying at top of spine, scratches and stains. pencilled scribbles, mostly on endpapers. lacks township map of the state and table of distances. light dampstaining around edges. paper yellowed. some corners have been creased. looks as if a bookplate has been removed from inside back cover. an attractive leather volume despite flaws with text that is mostly clean and unmarked. Size: 8vo - over 7 3/4 in - 9 3/4 in tall. Year: 1842.
