About This Item
Gene Autry was an American singer, songwriter, actor, musician and rodeo performer who gained fame as a singing cowboy in a crooning style on radio, in films, and on television for more than three decades beginning in the early 1930s.
Whitman Publishing published many books for young people based on, and authorized by, various TV series of the day.
Erwin L Hess was a comic book artist for Dell Publications from 1939 through the 1940s, as well as an illustrator for Whitman Publishing.
This book has not been read and is in pristine condition. The paper has darkened but there are no marks of any kind in or on it. The dust jacket shows heavy wear, but colours are bright and clear.
