This is a facsimile edition of that originally issued as "Port Phillip. First Survey and Settlement Of." Few need an introduction to the notable stature of David Collins, Secretary to Governor Phillip and Lieutenant-Governor of Port Phillip, first Lieutenant-Governor of Van Diemen's Land and founder of Hobart.
