Size 8.75 x 5.25 inches Text Title, verso blank 716pp With map of Netherlands & a few vignettes. including various indexes. Each month has a nice large engraving at the beginning, with a list of contents underneath. Scarce journal with lots of fascinating information on all subjects historical, literary, scientific and others. CONTENTS INCLUDE: Samuel Johnson's Proceedings and 'Debates in the Senate of Lilliput. Fleet formations, and map of the Netherlands. etc. etc.
