Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 1936. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good+. Bound in green cloth with gilt lettering spine. Very good+ copy with owner inscription front paste-down, mild chip lower spine tip. Robb's early contributions were influential to relativity theorists. The present volume is essentially a second edition of the one which was published by the author in 1914, under the title "A Theory of Time and Space". The Introduction has been re-written and extended, proofs of many theorems have been simplified, and a considerable amount of new matter has been introduced. 408 pp.
