New York: The World Publishing Company, 1972. 1st American Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. 8vo (super). Orig. black cloth. 195 pp. B&W photography. White scuff at head of front board, spine cocked, faint damp stain and white mark to head of rear board. Dust jacket is price clipped, age toned, long tear to head of front cover repaired to reverse with tape, chip to top edge of front cover, a few short tears.
