Bound in crisp, black cloth, with bright, yellow title lettering and dagger design to spine, this hardcover 1954 First Edition is VG in Vg wrapper.(unclipped). 208pp with 10 chapters and clean endpapers. Colour printed wrapper by Batchelor, shows blonde at theatre dressing table with gent in evening dress behind. Wrapper has slight wear top/tail of spine, small stain on back panel, small closed tear at top of back panel, and tiny chips at hinge corners of both return flaps. Generally VG . Very Good. Hardcover. First Edition. 1954.
